It's important for us that you have a good experience when shopping at Masai.co.uk. That's why we make a real effort to process, pack and deliver your order quickly - so you can enjoy wearing your new Masai designs as soon as possible.
We currently deliver orders to addresses in: Denmark (excl. Greenland and the Faroe Islands) Sweden Finland (excl. Åland Islands) Germany (excl. Island Helgoland and the area of Busingen) UK (excl. Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Shetland Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Gibraltar) Ireland. Once you have completed your purchase in our web shop, it usually takes 3-5 business days for standard delivery and 1-2 business days for express delivery before you receive your items. If you place your order before 12pm (on weekdays), we will try our best to process, pack and send it to you the same day. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods, especially during sale.
When you shop at Masai.co.uk you have two delivery options: 1) You can choose standard delivery via Parcelforce. This is free if you spend over £95. Delivery of orders under £95 costs £3.95. 2) You can choose express delivery via TNT. This costs £5.95 regardless of the order size. You have 14 days to pick up your order, after which it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
ALL IN ONE PARCEL
As a rule, we always send the whole order together in one and the same parcel. If we have to deviate from this, you will be contacted.
When your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail from us. This e-mail also serves as your receipt.
Follow your order
You can follow your order by using the Track & Trace link you receive in your email with your receipt and notification that your order is on its way. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after you received the link until it is active on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status and find tracking information here on the website. If you have an account with us, just log in and you can find the information under 'Orders'. If you don't have a Masai account, you can use the 'Check Order' feature.
